I'm home in the great Salt Lake City doing makeup for an independent movie filming here. I seriously feel like I'm living the dream. I get to hang out with my girlfriend Denise (also a makeup artist on set), I get to scratch 'doing makeup for a thriller film' off my bucket list, and I get to enjoy the beautiful mountains for 3 whole weeks. I feel so spoiled, I'll never want to leave. Staying with my boyfriends mom has been quite the treat as well. That woman is wonderful.
We had a long weekend off from filming and my boyfriend and I headed up to Snowbird on Sunday with friends for Oktoberfest.
Let me tell ya, I needed this large dose of mountain time.
