:: Kamut Pancakes cooked with Strawberries and Blueberries ::
- 1/2 cup Kamut pancake and waffle mix
- 1/2 cup and 1 tbsp of your choice of milk or water. I used Almond Milk.
- 1 tbsp Blood Orange Olive Oil. (the recipe calls for canola oil, oh well.)
- Recipe calls for 1 tbsp of honey but I'm cutting back my sugar intake so I skipped it.
Cook in a medium to large pan or on a griddle over medium/high heat until golden on each side.
I love the natural flavor of Kamut pancakes and the fruit adds a delicious pop of sweetness.
I plan on nibbling on these through out the afternoon.
